so we took a mini vacation last weekend to jekyll island (just south of savannah) which involved sleeping in a tent:
cooking over an actual fire:
AND riding around all day on a tandem bike!:
all of which were 1st time experiences for me. also, we took like a million trial pictures of us on the tandem bike before we got the perfect "action" shot.
kati, this "research free" post is for you. can't promise too many more though. pretty much living in the lab these days, and probably until i graduate.

i'm certainly glad there are pictures of the tent sleeping and fire cooking, cause i wouldn't have believed it otherwise
i totally dig having posts written just for me. but i have faith in you ashlee! i know your life can be more than just research! for example, shouldn't you be making me a poncho right now?!?
kidding. what i would really love to hear about are thoughts on your relationship or your current thoughts about God. how do you feel about that request? :)
i will try to post such information when i have time to sit down and order my thoughts enough for those topics. promise. sometime soon.
